I'm in OK and work with an OU alum, he tried to get tickets for me since the athletic department did not sell all the tickets, he was told to go to stub hub, they do not return tickets they sell them on stub hub.

I too saw a convoy of about 15 cars and then a few lone stragglers with Sooner flags and decals on I40 east in Little Rock on my way to work this morning. Should be a decent crowd for them in Neyland.
Edit: what first caught my attention was the "convoy" all about to miss the split between staying on 40 and heading north on I67. Seeing about 15 vehicles slamming on their brakes in unison and trying desperately to switch lanes at the last second (damn near causing a few accidents) lead me to realize that these people are shitty drivers - which means they must be either Okies or a group of women.
