Expected OU crowd in Knoxville?

I saw 6 separate cars with OU flags (and OK license plates) headed east on I40 this morning as I was driving to work (I live in Nashville).
In the last 15 years that I have lived here, I don't remember seeing that many opposing fans heading to Knoxville. I realize UT doesn't play many schools whose fans would be passing through Nashville - especially at 7:00 AM the Friday before a game - but this seems like a lot of OU fans to see on my relatively short (15 mile) interstate commute.
Will OU bring 30K?

They were allotted 12K tickets and UT sold out their full 90K, so it will be 12K+however many OU fans buy from UT fans on the secondary market.

OU requested more tickets after they sold their allotment of 12k. Tennessee told them no because they did the same to us last year.

I'm guessing 15k. A ton of us Vols went to Norman last year and every OU fan I talked to planned on making the trip this year.
They sold out their allotment and begged UT for more, which they did not get.
