They OP took the overall position rankings and averaged them out so the lowest point total was seen as the "best" offense.

for example, AU was ranked #1 for QB & #4 in conference for O-line. Bama was ranked #5 & #6 in those categories, respectively. However, Bama ranked #1 among WRs/TE and RBs in conference. That is why they showed at #1 overall in the OP.

This isn't a ranking of which offense is truly going to lead the conference. Calm down. No one is slamming your team.

Been a better program than South Carolina.

Once OBC is gone, you will return to obscurity. No worries...

East got blown up by a good, but not great, Auburn team.

You lost to Tennessee

I read the list until I seen Bama's offense ahead of Auburn. You tell me how you can take anything on a list seriously when they make it that obvious they are playing favorites? Bama hasn't led the league in offense since Saban has been there.

So it went down EXACTLY as I thought. Please read the OP a little bit closer before looking like an ignorant moron.

ESPN needs to give it a rest until they can take their crimson blinders off.

No way is Bama's offense ahead of Auburn's. That alone shows the list is a joke.

I don't think ESPN actually has Bama's offense ahead of Auburn's for what it's worth. Hopefully that makes you feel better.

They do have the WR and RB units ranked higher for Bama.

ETA: And by "they" I don't really mean ESPN, but just some guy who wrote a column for them.

11-2 #4 in the country > 8-5

Ole Miss has nowhere to fall. Your program is irrelevant, but at least you guys throw some kickass parties I guess.

Let me know when you make it to ATL

Its not a production list my man. Take a step back. Aus RB are ranked 6th but we will still lead the conf in rushing.

The IB will decide the West and the winner will beat a weak East team and go to the playoffs...not that farfetched.

So irrelevant teams can never become relevant? That's nice coming from a South Carolina fan.

Well the OP needs a better title instead of giving credit to ESPN and nowhere does it say that he averaged them out and didn't just combine the rankings list from ESPN into one post.

You've been implying it with every post in this thread regarding OM and State.

So when OBC retires, how long before USCe is back to winning 0 or 1 game a season? Tennessee's rise will be your fall, again. You've reached your peak, you will never sniff a real championship, just like us.

We were preseason 11 and ended up 20. We jumped to 4 because teams in front of us lost. We will not be ranked ahead of you guys this season because of comparing schedules so I don't know why you bring that up. 09 was the first year that the Spurrier effect took shape. Since then y'all have been given the benefit of the doubt in preseason rankings as you should

Usually when people say combined list it means they listed them together. Which he did. Plus he listed Defensive rankings from somewhere which I assumed from ESPN where he got the Offensive ones. But I'm through arguing about what the OP meant.

I don't really give a frick. We don't play either landmass team. Wish we did, two more easy wins sounds nice.

You play in the East. Cross divisional games are the only ones you have that aren't easy wins.
