Mizzou is chronically too low on any sort of poll like this. I can't wait for the Georgia hype train to derail like it does every season. At least winning the East two years in a row is enough for most of these people to remember Mizzou is in the SEC.

Wouldn't be an offseason without unreasonable expectations for Georgia

Unreasonable? Unreasonable is believing that we're going to go on a 7 year run of national titles and undefeated seasons. All I'm saying is that we're going to go on a 3 year run and maybe drop a game or two along the way.

Mizzou bumblefricked their way through the tail end of a bad schedule after losing to Indiana and getting blown the frick out by a Gurley-less UGA team. I think middle of the pack suits you, TBH.

You're not getting respect now and you never will.

Carpetbagger.

Indiana you say? Have fun looking up at us from #2 in the conference standings again next season. Georgia would get more credibility hyping Mizzou up since we are going to run the East every season.

Who is UGAs QB next year?

Hell, who is anybody's QB next year? Not many returning starters again next season.

Considering UK was picked #14 last year and won 2 SEC games (which I understand is reason for optimism, according to some) I think this is probably progress.

Haha all jokes aside you have a hell of a coach. I don't think UGA fans realize what they have.

You're right, LSU should be much lower.

I agree!

I'm not delusional. We have many fans who still believe LSU is still elite but I'm much more realistic. We will be good next year and the year after but our QB play will inhibit us going forward for the foreseeable future.
I don't have a major issue with LSU being simply average as long as we have up years along with it. We won't, however, be in contention for the playoffs for quite some time.

Nah. Bo, Vince Sanders, Sederius Bryant, DT Shackleford, Cody Prewitt, and Senquez Golson. We return literally everybody. Next offseason, we will have a lot of guys leaving.

You just listed your two best defenders, a 6th year senior that was a leader at LB, your #2 WR, and the only thing you have resembling a QB. That isn't "literally everybody". On top of that, your two best players are returning from lower leg breaks. Pumping that sunshine hard, going to be a fun offseason.

Also, people thinking Dak Prescott allows us to finish in the bottom half of the SEC need to watch some games. Dawgs will be good again next year.

It's obvious these people are trying to preempt another Auburn cinderella story and it's total bullshite.

We're terrible folks.

You lose your LT, LG, C, and RB. Let's pump the brakes on the Dak attack again.

This is the best "preseason" team for mizzou yet. They are equal if not better at every position except 1.

I'm not sure Auburn should be so high. They'll certainly see dividends on hiring Muschamp, but to expect them in the first season is a bit insane.

I could easily be wrong, but I think it's a little early to automatically presume he's going to fix the hot mess that is AU's defense in a single off season.
