hey really picked Auburn to go 5-7 last year? I think the lowest I remember seeing anyone seriously argue was 7-8 wins

I figure you guys win at least one of the Clemson, MSU, Arkansas games but we'll see on UGA, LSU, Alabama

Short memories and such.

Before the season, with the loss of so many players, it was said that it would be a great coaching job to get Auburn bowl elligible considering they played @ UGA, Arkansas, Clemson, USCe, & LSU. Five of Auburn's games last year went against 10+ win teams on the road.

I forget how un-f***ing-bearable yall become leading up to the Auburn game.
Those poor, lost souls can't help it. Al Bundy stirs the pot every off-season, and Mittittippi State always lets him down.

That Kevin Carter is a fricktard who doesn't know what he's talking about. He said yesterday that Georgia's OLINE was expected to be one of the tops in the nation last year. Moron.

But I agree about AU going 6-6. possibly 5-7.

ESPN is fricking terrible. I don't watch them unless a football game is being played. Tigerdroppings dot com is a much better provider of football, baseball, tennis, basketball, swimming, Olympic, softball, hockey, etc... news. The only reason I watched the SEC Media Day on ESPNU was to hear Gene Chizik speak. Now my TV is officially off.

If AU goes 7-5 in the regular season, will the year be a disappointment to AU fans?

Auburn loses to Bama/LSU, and has a tossup with Arky. Other than that they win all of their games.

Slightly, a shitty bowl and loss will amplify it more.

6-6 would be horrid

8-4 is on par for this year, above is good

Yes, but it won't happen. And Auburn players are starting to take notice.

State loses a heartbreaker to Auburn and then goes into a hornets nest called Movie Gallery Stadium the next week and is upset by the Trojans of Troy.

Wouldn't be surprised one bit.

I saw Troy last year, they didn't look like their teams of 06-09.

Basically neither fanbase has seen either team's real offense for this year, so really everyone should just shut the hell up till after the first week.

With that being said, State wins by 43.
