You guys are the one telling us all you reload, not rebuild. So.....is somebody not recruiting well on offense? no depth at all?

It isn't about criticism. It is about the ridiculous fallacy that he was the exact same player from day 1. Players improve. This is a basic concept.

I understand what you are saying..but he never said Manziell did not improve. He said that the Florida defense would have had film and could have developed a way to stop him, anyway.

Face it...you guys had Florida where you wanted them. But, Florida adjusted at halftime, and your coaching staff got out coached...in that game. It was like they were surprised that Florida would make adjustments. I was shocked at the difference in the second half from the first.

And Oklahoma? Come on. I don't care if they WERE a champion of a major conference. Their defense was below average. And, when you put it in perspective that they WERE a conference champion...well, that makes it worse.

Oh. And don't EVER put me in a position where i have to defend a Florida fan!

Oklahoma hasn't had a good defense in years, though. You simply cannot compare an Oklahoma defense with a Florida defense. That's a TERRIBLE comparison.

If Oklahoma had taken the opportunities they've had to come to the SEC, they'd eventually have become a great program again.

Instead, they will continue to sharpen their knives against the whetstones of Kansas and Texas Tech and keep getting embarrassed in bowl games when they play SEC teams.

LSU couldn't put the game away. Mett had no time to throw because of protection issues, and The running backs were forced to face 8 or 9 men in the box the entire second half. The best pass of the game, that put them in scoring position, was fumbled away after the catch. It was incredibly frustrating to watch.

Sure, LSU reloads, but those are offseason comments. Not mid season comments when you are forced to make major personal adjustments several weeks in a row.

Go look at the stats. Once the Oline lineup was finally stabilized Mett was able to put up solid numbers.

I hope Saban doesn't get a chance to watch film this year. Last time it was completely obvious he didn't watch one second of film.

You are under the a ridiculous fallacy that because ATM beat bama in november that ultimately ATM was an unstoppable force.

So UF can use this excuse, but LSU can't?

The Tigers had a patchwork OL vs the gators. UF mounted its comeback in the second half when one LB broke his ankle, and the star MLB was in the locker room suffering from cramps. You know the same one that played for the losing team, but still got SEC defensive player of the week.

When the hell did I say this? I was responding to his point that A&M would've destroyed UF based on UF's performance against Louisville.

It was a Bama vs. Utah 08 performance. I also pointed out how many people believed UF was the 3rd or 4th best team in the country after the performance at FSU.

And ironically, the UGA fan had to explain my points for the A&M fan to understand

If Saban couldn't do it with a more talented defense, how was Florida. Film doesn't compensate for how much better Manziel got. It isn't even close to being possible. If you think all it takes is film study, you are stupid.

Talented? UF's defense was more talented than Bama's last year...

UF finished with the #5 defense in the country last year despite going against one of the hardest schedules in recent memory.

Most people would say UF's defense as a whole was better than Bama's last year.

One fluke performance against Louisville doesn't change that.

Yet with all that talented, and an overabundance of film study, Louisville stilled rocked you. Your words are just senseless wishing.
