McCarron posted an above average QBR (above 50) in all 14 of his games last season.

Georgia is 3-11 in those games and Murray had a Total QBR below 60 in seven of those games.

So, it's important to note that AJ was above average (making it sound pretty good) for being above 50, yet when Murray is below a 60, it's negative?

I'm sure JJ and Lee's QBR was just as impressive.

LSU has been winning games.

There are only a handful of teams that can win games 12-10 and A&M isn't one of them. I'm okay with that. I just don't want to lose games 38-42 like 2011.

the greatest thing that ever happened to UF was getting to play JFF in his first ever collegiate game and first real live action in just a shade under 2 years removed from high school

anyone who thinks JFF vs. UF was the same JFF in the entire 2nd half of the season is just a f'ing retard

Idiot, UF didn't have any damn tape of JFF before that game.

JFF ran all over UF in the 1st half, then ran into a brick wall in the 2nd.

Same thing happened in the A&M-LSU game.

Outcome wouldn't have been different regardless of the time that the game was played.

JFF beat up Auburn, Mississippi State, Missouri, and Sam Houston State in the back end of the season.

The only worthy opponent he faced after LSU was Bama.

So he went 1-2 vs the "legit" teams on his schedule.

LSU and UF were both better than A&M last year. DWI.

don't forget the little show he put on vs. the B12 co-champs

it's laughable you insinuate JFF vs. UF was the same JFF the rest of the season

So AJ and Aaron Murray are basically the same player, and no one comes close to Manziel?

No. fricking. shite.

When did I insinuate this? The point was that the same mistakes JFF made against UF, he made 4 games later against LSU.

And he faced Bama a week after Bama got beat up at LSU.

Every little bit of negativity against JFF seems to piss off A&M fans.

Really quite funny.

I hope you honestly believe that experience doesn't matter. That way if you ever post about a player's ability to improve from his very first game as a freshman, I will refer back to this. From now on, you are only allowed to use ability of a redshirt freshman's very first game in order to judge a players ability. All other performances are erroneous. I can't wait.

What negativity? You're simply saying he was the exact same player. Which is dumb.

Experience didn't help him much against LSU, did it?

Sure the game isn't gonna exactly be the same, but I'd still pick UF to beat A&M.

And you're insinuating that if he played UF or LSU again later in the season, that he wouldn't make the same mistakes.

He made the same mistakes both games against UF and LSU, and he had the home-field advantage in both games.

When did I say he was the "same player"?

Obviously, I didn't. The point was that I feel that UF and LSU were better than A&M regardless of when the teams played last season.

It did against Alabama...

Then you're stupid. Florida couldn't even beat Louisville. A&M at the end of the year was a top 5 team and it was primarily due to Manziel finally clicking on all cylinders... and Florida wasn't top ten. Y'all would have gotten rocked.

I guess one bowl game a month after the last regular season game (in which UF went into Tallahassee and beat a top 10 FSU team) defines an entire season.

Correct. Players improve. Are you are stupid?

Not at all. He didn't throw any INTs against the Gators. He was incredibly timid in the Florida game, and wasn't willing to pull the trigger. The exact opposite was true against LSU.

Good thing all those Aggies were deafeningly loud every time Manziel stepped on the field? Are you stupid?

What? You're saying he would have played the exact same. Because you're stupid.

No it was one of many games, but definitely relevant. It was some time after y'all were losing the fourth quarter to some double directional schools as well. If you think Florida and A&M went on the same trajectory through the course of the season you have either never watched college football, or you are the stupidest person to walk the earth.

Texas A&M finished 5th in the country. LSU finished first in the whole SEC in 2011... and yet they weren't the better team and only finished as the ring said "#2 Nationally". Someone was better. Who was that?

Good Point about McCarron vs. Murray. Georgia fans seem to have figured out that ESPN distorts information they present in order to meet specific goals.

I think they are both great QBs though.

Not legit if Nick Marshell is not on the lists top 2. Just saying...

They didn't feel it was fair to include him obviously. You'll notice they didn't list Clark Kent either.
