Okay. Just SEC would be a better comparison due to common opponents, but there's no question UF had a better defense than UT, so it's not a perfect comparison.

Gurley clearly the best rb in the SEC with Marshall in the top 6 or 7. not sure how Bamas are better, i guess its just because they run 3 yards before getting touched and the O-line just makes it easy for them

Yeah, that'll do it. Hill has a slight edge (though not the huge edge a couple people claimed here.) Also, I'm going to assume nobody in the league had as bad a case of fumble-itis at critical moments as Yeldon did. He needs to take Sticky Fingers instruction from Jameis.

Frankly, I have to agree with them. Gurley is the best, definitely, and Marshall is up there (kinda...he's underwhelmed a bit, but y'all were lucky that Gurley became what Marshall was supposed to be.) But if we're measuring overall depth, which I think the article was doing, Yeldon, Drake, Henry, and Tenpenny give Bama a very strong RB corp that Georgia would be hardpressed to dislodge from the top of the unit rankings, at least until we see what your two top-notch freshmen can do in college play.

Now that a less arbitrary and more valid methodology has been implemented and shows Hill's stats better than Yeldon's, will you concede your digression was rather, how shall we say, premature?

Let's see how good the gumps running backs are when their not running behind a NFL line that they paid millions to! Why u think their players don't leave early, they make more at Bamma than they would in the NFL especially with the new rookie pay scale!! PayRollTide!!!!! LSU got this! Can't wait to run to another NC!!
