They were on their way to a Waffle House located near the intersection of Barnett Shoals and Gaines School Road.
This was the night of the national championship celebration at Sanford Stadium.
To say that this was a typical occurrence is an attempt at leverage.
More than likely this will get settled out of court.

Don't know why Kirby would want to hang around this dumpster fire called UGA when he can live in a great city and make bank while coaching at the highest level.
