Actually it did. That 2 minute Zone D allowed McCarron to drive down the field and beat LSU at home. Minus that late 4th quarter collapse LSU would have been in Atlanta

I recently rewatched our bowl win over WVU.

Allen's numbers in the WVU game were spectacular, his decision making looked way better than a true freshman, his TD:INT was great, despite being known as a drop back guy he had a brilliant run to the flag for 6 on a perfect read, he ran for (and picked up) first downs and aside from one early mistake on the left flat, there were no glaring deficiencies.

As far as winning at Auburn, I had already inked in an "L".

You cannot take Allen out based on practice and the HS reputation of Murray, legacy that he is.

I believe he should shirt, but if Coach Sumlin puts him on roster it will give opponents something to think about, for sure.

Oh yeah I like Allen way more than Murray next season if we are being serious. Murray needs a year of college conditioning before trying to be QB1. He will get scrub time if we are lucky.

I say Allen finishes the season as the SEC's highest rated passer.

I'll call that shot right now

That is quite the shot. I will stay pat with having the SEC's top offense.

KA all day. He is the SEC's best qb if we're really being honest.

You sure are butthurt over not being able to fellate Murray on the SECR a much as you'd like.

Not surprising you don't see the difference between threads started (1) by someone specifically about his team or a player on that team and (2) by someone specifically about another team or a player on that team. There are many nuances to this balance but you don't care about that.

I get tired of repeating myself, but you exhibit the same selection and confirmation biases as many on here who feel singled out or otherwise given unfair treatment. You don't see everything that goes on, you generalize when you have limited information, and you call out admins like a bitch by spamming the board when you have a hissy fit.

You have a problem, take it to the Help Board or email the site instead of conniving on your team board about spamming.

You Aggie fans sure are looking to make yourselves the victims. Not surprising given your history of mediocrity.

Must be nice not having to worry about having to decide between two very talented quarterbacks on your offense.

Must be nice not having to deflect from consistent failure in football

Oh wait...

I'm not deflecting, and how have we been failures? Most of y'all said we wouldn't win a game in the big bad SEC and we have done better than expected, therefore no failure.

Plus I am truly concerned about the quarterback situation (well lack of a quarterback situation) at LSU.

LSU has been more successful in football in the last fifteen years than aggie has been in its entire history.

You have been failures because you haven't won anything of significance since world War II.

And I agree that it sucks having to decide between two very talented quarterbacks.

My 93yr old Paw Paw has been saying they have acted this way for as long as he can remember. Who knows guys, cant we just agree to disagree that we don't like each other instead of the "you have a problem" and then" NO, you have a problem" routine.

You had a fantastic first year, but if you continue the downward trajectory, given the automatic three wins you get with your schedule, and if the SEC doesn't get back into the title game, it will look like beginners luck, followed by failure, with the story line that maybe the SEC isn't invincible.

If you have the same record as last year and look to be improving, and the SEC dominates in the bowls and playoff, what you say makes sense.

Back on point.

Allen, with Murray getting a very good number of plays as well.

Sumlin will get to play mad scientist. I'd love to see Murray in crazed alternate plays, lining up wide out and wildcat.

LSU fans are insecure because football is all they have to cling to, and they don't have a Convincing enough advantage to feel good about it. Bless your hearts. You have some of the best food in the world, and a tier 2 oil industry. It'll be alright.
