How will the "double digit" scholarship reduction be put in place?
1 a year for 10 years?
Or like 4 a year for 3 years?

Double digit reduction in scholarships? Interesting if true.

The rumor yesterday was about 15 with 6 already being self-imposed so it basically came down to 9 over 3
I haven't had time to read the release though

I want to hear from MButterfly. That guy was 100% correct.

And the NCAA can add more if they wish?

Well I assumed the self imposed penalties would be a complete joke, but I didn't know it was this much of a joke. The NCAA has to set an example, IMO. You can't be as blatant as Ole Miss was and not suffer.

From this article, it sounds as if they are begging the ncaa to not impose a post season ban.
With the new information from tunsil while being under investigation, I can see the ncaa being even more pissed.

The posts over on the Ole Miss board pre-release are great.

What if I told you.... to beat the best, you have to cheat the best.

Everybody, every fan of any institution being investigated is of the opinion that they are innocent.
This is a "booster" issue.... except it's not. It's a system that was in place to cheat.

They are fricked. Impactful self imposed sanctions that probably wont even appease the NCAA and more sanctions to come with Tunsil stuff.

Bjork and Vitter wrote that they've asked the NCAA that the school not appear in front of the Committee on Infractions this summer so it would have ample time to investigate whether or not Tunsil, a first-round pick by the Miami Dolphins, received improper benefits while playing at Ole Miss.
I'm wondering if the request is to prevent OM from falling into the "repeat offender" window?
