There was an article posted on the TAMU/UT Bammer targeting thread a couple of weeks ago when the SEC officials went out of their way to call the CBS crew and misrepresent how the targeting rules read. That article said that calling unimportant calls on Bammer was part of the scam.
And that post or another pointed out that the SEC no longer lists penalties on its website, as I recall.
