In baseball.
The west is basically a 2 teams division(LSU, Arkansas).
The east on the other hand has Vandy, UT, UK, South Carolina, UF and Missouri.

The teams from the East so far has dominated the teams from the west this year.

Didn’t mean to put UG. It was supposed to be UF, but I fat fingered it by accident. It’s been fixed.

Yeah, I'm not anointing Missouri just because they swept you

Since they’re major injuries to weekend starters, it’s going to be interesting to see how that affects them going forward.

They used the Russian strategy, unleaded general winter.

I do think the East is slightly better this year, but they’ve had pretty favorable matchups so far as they’ve avoided the two teams noted in your post. Whereas the West has gotten the East’s best teams. It’ll even out.

You will see as the season goes on that there isn’t a lot of difference between 1-6 in the East. Outside of LSU and Arkansas the west isn’t impressive at all this year.

Yeah the two best teams but don’t let that steer your narrative

We’ll see very shortly as we get Tenn, USC, UK in the next 3 weekends. It’ll be fun to gauge the East against the West’s best.

It’s crazy how front-loaded our schedule is.

No doubt. I just took a look at it as a refresher and it’s pretty wild. We just have to hang on for a few weeks and should be able to make a run.

Right when we get going in the right direction we get a few massive injuries to our pitching staff. Classic.

Our bats are legit, but as we saw last year, almost every team has the bats to make you pay.

The East has 6 good teams this year. The West has 2. LSU and Arkansas will do what they do all year for most part. But what about the other teams outside of Arkansas and LSU? We all know LSU and Arkansas are good.

How many wins does your 5th or 6th place teams have? The East has 6 teams that have 18 wins or more. The west has 3!!

I’m an LSU fan. I understand what you are saying, but it honestly doesn’t concern me very much how well Ole Miss or State do this year. It in no way affects LSU as a team.
