I think they are starting to understand what the rant being telling them for the past few years. LSU isn't a top 10 program anymore. Coach O is going to them to the cellar. The rant been telling them that. I think they got a reality check last night.

You are correct. I don't feel the slightest bit threatened. Since you are being honest, so will I. Vandy to us( Bama fans) is a cute story but not a real threat. Honestly, I think this will happen before Vandy beats a Saban Bama team.

In all seriousness I have no issues with the Dawgs and have always respected Mullen. I hope he stays at MSU because he'd be deadly at LSU or Auburn. And I don't mean that as a shot at MSU, just facility wise and brand name wise, he'd recruit exceptionally well at a school that has had more success.
I used to love watching Sleepy Robinson, he was one of my favorite players as a kid. And later James Johnson was one bad mutha-shut-yo-mouth.
I still remember in '92 when Bama played like shite and barely escaped Starkesville. I'd love to check out Davis-Wade Stadium. One of my best friends is a State fan. His father and grandfather played there. Last name Burrell.

I'll say this -- I hadn't seen MSU's stadium in a while. Man, it looked great. Really like the design of it and the things they're doing.
Are further upgrades planned? The place was absolutely rocking. Really, really impressed with what's going on there. The bowled in endzone was so well done, and the video screen was massive.
Really looks like a fun place to watch a game.

Dan Mullen is a master. I have no clue why other schools aren't knocking down his door.
His recruiting base is the golden triangle in MS. And JUCOs. Took a 0 star QB and a 3 star QB LSU wanted as a TE and made them 1-2nd team ALL-SEC QBS.
