Mississippi State and Vanderbilt have exactly one thing in common. They don't have bandwagon fans. All the bandwagon fans in Mississippi choose Alabama, LSU or Ole Miss. 90% likelihood that every State fan has some direct affiliation.

I'm not your friend. My family is majority OM. Oh, like every family, we have that one embarrassing cousin who went to MSU, but nobody talks to him.

To be honest, we actually do get a lot of bandwagon fans when we're doing well. To be more honest, part of that is because big-name programs don't feel even the slightest bit threatened by our success. To be absolutely honest, we'll take what we can get.
