No, he won't. The messages being real or not is absolutely irrelevant when the subject of the crime is hacking of a cell phone.

Actually it is relevant. If they are faked, then he was not hacked. If they are real, then he was hacked, but it condemns Ole Miss.

The actual hacking of his phone is what is relevant.

True. But, again....if he was hacked then the messages were real and that says Ole Miss has a slush fund run through the arse. AD, right?

OK, we admit the messages were LT's. He was getting funding from a NCAA Student Athlete Fund that each school maintains.

We have already discussed and shown how this was nor the case. Read earlier in the thread. That is NOT hwat the fund is for, so either Ole Miss were paying athletes through the fund, or Ole Miss was paying athletes through the fund knowingly misusing the money. The money in the fund is for the athletes....not the athletes mother's light bill.

LT will make up that $8million loss real quick. He could hire Erin Andrews attorney who just won $55million for invasion of privacy.

Critical thinking is important. Erin Andrews won against a Hotel chain. Getting 8 million dollars from an individual....good luck. Have you got 8 million dollars to give to someone if they won a lawsuit against you? Just because they award you 8 million dollars doesn't mean you will get 8 million dollars.

Hiring a agent is true but I have never seen anything saying a amateur can't hire a finical advisor.

Or he was building that relationship and decided to go with him but once he signed with a agent they didn't get along and so Tunsil sided with his agent picking a new advisor. I doubt a FA was actively working on his finances it could have been more just future planning for his millions.

Also he could have hired him and fired him between finishing collage and the draft just like some players do with agents.

We have to wait for the facts.

The content of the messages would be no more relevant in that court room than what tunsil ate the morning of the draft.
So pank, the Ole Miss spin doctor has arrived!

This explanation would only be accepted if Ole Miss documented all payments to Tunsil as such when they happened. SEC schools are required to log all their SAF disbursements with the conference office. If there’s a record of those payments to Tunsil, voila. The Rebels would be in the clear on this part of the controversy...

I know. Read above. I admitted that i was just trolling you guys about the Financial Advisor. As far as I know there is no rule about having a Financial Advisor. I can't imagine why there would be. An agent? yes. FA? no.

What an a-hole this guy is if true. It frightens me that grown arse men try to do things like this over business. Kinda makes you think twice about the people you deal with every day.

No big deal. I actually don't roll a whole lot. This opportunity was just too good to pass up.

True. His integrity is a bit lacking, no doubt, if he did this. But, Tunsil has to take a hit on this, too. I mean, what are these kids thinking about allowing themselves to be filmed doing stuff like that? He had to know millions of dollars were at risk for such behavior and did it anyway. If he didn't know then....he does now.

You should ALWAYS be careful about who you do business with. It's a dog eat dog world out there today, and it is only getting worse.

In all honesty? I feel sorry more for the Ole Miss fans than anybody else. If the coaches are guilty of what is being accused...they knew they were doing wrong. Tunsil knew he was doing stuff wrong, too.

The fans were the ones caught completely off guard. You got blindsided by an institution and player.

If it's really that guy, I hope tunsil sues him for all he is worth. if I'm his kid I might not crowd the plate too much whenever state and ole miss play baseball.

On the flip side, they better make sure this is the guilty guy. If not, they are slandering him by saying he did it.

The better have proof.

The fans know exactly that ole miss is doing shady things. All they need to do is show up in a church parking lot
