I'd like to believe McElwain didn't find out until AFTER the game....because he seems to be a stand up guy.....but SOMEONE at UF knew and didn't pass along the info.

I think Mcelwain definitely knew before he said. The message board post on a Florida 247 board during the Mizzou game on the 8th from a random poster who said that he Grier would be suspended confirms that Florida knew prior to yesterday.
