Absolutely they do. What does that tell you about L5U?

Would the anti LSU movement, by the national media, that has been going on since we fired Miles hurt us?

I can be honest and say no, but then you'll get all mad.

I figure it's simply easier for me to say yes due the unlikely nature of your hypothetical.

And you would be wrong. What makes you so confident? Your QB? The way you looked against Missouri?

We have a ton of talent on this team. We play Bama and Ole Miss at home. The only thing holding us back was Leslie.

LSU has played 1 game without Les, and played Missouri. Today they will destroy Southwest Texas Tech Louisiana University. Then we will see if they are good after next weekend

I doubt it unless there are many 2 loss teams at the top. It would have to be 2007 all over again which I don't think we will ever witness that kind of craziness again.

We don't have to worry about it because it's not going to happen.

No. 2 losses virtually guarantees the Tigers will be shut out of the playoff picture.

If the Tigers finished 9-3/6-2 that in itself would be pretty amazing.

Bama should be worried about coming into Tiger Stadium where they squeaked out the last two victories. We still made McCarron cry. Now we actually have a coach who lets his other coaches do the work.

If you knew anything about people from LA you would know that they might be the least likely to buy-into conspiracy theories, to a fault. Which lends even more credibility to the many fans that claim there is something wrong with the treatment that LSU usually gets. Any objective observer can see it. I dont know why it happens or if its just a coincidence but to claim it doesnt happen really shouldnt even be part of the conversation anymore. There are examples all over the sports world.

The conversation should revolve around whether or not the shafting is statistically insignificant or an outlier that requires further study. Knowing what I know about systems ran by people, I would always be skeptical when there are anomalies in the numbers. People are subject to bias, especially in fields where emotions are in play, like sports.

Id really like to see someone do a study on this topic. Especially calls made by officiating crews. Cross the SEC crews against crews from other conferences that officiate games SEC teams are a part of like bowl games. That would be a good start.
