Does LSU get a spot in the playoff if they win out?

Serious question. It could be asked about any SEC champ with two losses.

To win out LSU would have beaten, Bama, A&M on the road, Florida, Ole miss, and Tennesse.

Would they still keep us out?

Would the anti LSU movement, by the national media, that has been going on since we fired Miles hurt us?

Protip: fans of teams that fire their coach in the middle of the season shouldn't get their hopes up like this

I'll play along, I sure as hell hope they would but it wold depend on a lot of factors, mostly what other teams records end up being.

Would an 11-1 Bama make it as well?

I wouldnt be at all surprised if an 11-1 Alabama made it in over a 10-2 SEC Champion LSU.

Why? Do you guys think you can win out? Is that ridiculous?

We have a ton of talent on this team. We play Bama and Ole Miss at home. The only thing holding us back was Leslie.

Yes, you thinking LSU wins out is ridiculous. Three losses minimum left on your schedule.

The odds of this is far lesser than the odds of us winning out.

I see there is no talking to you guys. Ill be back later in the season. I doubt any of you will be here to eat crow.

I am not saying we win out, but it will be close.

LakeView out.

Doubt it

Winner of tOSU/Michigan will get in
Washington and Clemson are virtual locks with their respective schedules
Louisville is a lock to win out and LSU won't get in over them with the hype and the Heisman winner

LSU isn't going to go better than 4-2 down the stretch though

Good question.

I would think whoever wins the SEC championship would get a legitimate shot in it unless they had like 3 losses.

Would they factor in that Les was the coach for the losses and since his firing we would have obviously kicked arse and taken names.

Then, like you said, how do you not put an 11 and 1 Alabama in the hunt.

It could be a clusterfrick "if" that happens.

Possibly, but I doubt we lose both. You know just as well as everyone else that playing in BR is not easy and you know that it is far from a guarantee win for either of those teams and if you think otherwise then you are just being an ignorant arse homer and discussing football any further with you is pointless.

The talent is without a doubt there to win both games. The question remains if coach O is good enough to win those games with that talent.
