What is wrong?

We are basically a team on probation with 10 players gone. Not shifting blame from him he is the coach and his players did the action.

Has no safeties after big misses in recruiting and Harris, one of the bets in the country getting hurt before the season started.

Our team is incredibly young, and the fan base has grown impatient and he knows this.

Think he is seeing what we all see. This isn't what UF expects, and it isn't good enough. So I think it's weighing on him. He knows he has to make some tough decisions soon.

winning is great. But he knows UF fans are growing tired. He is feeling that pressure.

He can save his job. It will require firing Nord and Nuss, and very possibly Shannon as well. He is a good CEO in terms of finding ways to win, etc. He just needs to get to that final point of bringing in better coaches. Last year he bought in two good recruiters and now we have a very likely top five class and the top class so far next year. Now he needs to finalize that transition, and remove the bad coaches.
