Of course we will eventually lose to Auburn again, but with my head coach's track record against your school and my D/C's track record against your offensive style LSU should definitely be the favorite. It's really not even debatable unless you're a total homer. So go ahead and circle it all you want, everyone we play circles us. Why in the world should I be scared of Gus?

LSU wont be favored at AU next year, it will be early in the year too with AU most definitely ranked ahead. Please dont be scared of Gus. Thats just they way I would like it anyway. Did you forget the Ole Miss loss this past year? Or the Clemson loss in the Chicken bowl?

Take off your homer glasses. Other than 2010 when he had one of the 2 or 3 best players in college football over the last 25 years what exactly has Gus done against LSU that should make me nervous about him? Sure he's a good coach and has done a great job but he just doesn't win vs LSU very much. That's just a fact.

Who gives a shite about that? Did you forget about what has happened the last 7 times LSU played AUBURN?

Your tardself said Cheif owns the HUNH. It was relevant to bring up to show how stupid you are.
Now you are backing out and saying LSU owns AU. Tool.

I will if you do.

well he does. We didn't lose to Ole Miss or Clemson because of our defense, we lost those games because of our offense. If our QB throws 3 first half INTs against you next year like Mett did against Ole Miss then sure you've got a great shot.

Oh and why didn't mention what Chief has done against the HUNH of Oregon, Auburn and Texas A&M? Why only mention the losses?

What?

You just did this and now claiming that I'm the cop out. You are making excuses why Cheif lost to Ole Miss. I can do the same with LSU this past year

Jesus are you really this fricking stupid? Of course you are, you went to Auburn.

I wasn't making an excuse for the loss. We weren't ready to play and they beat us. But to pin the loss on the LSU defense makes absolutely no sense considering the turnovers the offense saddled them with.

He gave you "reasons" not excuses. You do realize there are reasons teams lose? Not one person on this site believes Ole Miss has more talent than LSU.

Same could be said for the AU loss?

Just reads as an excuse for me. Dont get so mad.

With the losses LSU has had in the past few years, HUNH was included. Its not like Cheif always beats HUNH teams, which is what you are insinuating.

Same here. I've been a Saints fan longer than an AU fan. My dad lived in NOLA when I was in grade school.

If you throw Baton Rouge and Montgomery in there, the Saints (NO/BR) area would increase by +/-0.8M and Birmingham would increase by +/-0.4M.

The Southeast Louisiana Region plus the MS Gulf Coast as a whole is considerably bigger than the larger region around Birmingham.

A large region can support NFL teams because its one game a week on a weekend. Not true for NBA/MLB. They need really highly populated urban areas. We'll see how long New Orleans keeps the Pelicans. I hope it's a long time.

Ingram sucks relatively to what he should have potentially been. One quarter of a season doesn't change that. I think Alabama fans here get the impression that Saints fans hate him for where he went to school because LSU fans use it as an easy way to troll Bama fans on this site alone, but in reality no one gives a shite where he went, they just know he has not produced nearly to his expectations.

Yup.
