Dude went on a rant about urban recruiting committed players, he's in for a rude awakening in the SEC

It was real funny seeing those BIG coaches making that vow to never go after one another's recruits.

They're going to the Rose bowl because Ohio St wasn't eligible.

Add PSU to that too

Leaders Division:
Ohio state 8-0
Penn State 6-2
Wisconsin 4-4
Purdue 3-5
Indiana 2-6
Illinois 0-8

Ineligible

Suddenly this year some of those morally superior coaches were poaching Penn State like a pack of Detroit looters.

What's funny is one of our players came out and said that Bielema had recruited him after he verbaled to Ohio State. Can't remember who at the moment

In 7 seasons, this happened:

* 5-3 in conf. in 07
* 3-5 in conf. in 08
* 5-3 in conf. in 09
* Had two decent years, but dropped the ball completely and lost both BCS bowls
* 4-4 in conf. in 12

most telling is that Urban Meyer stepped into that weak conference and did in year one, with a makeshift team, what he could NEVER do in the SEC. Go undefeated.

And now you know why Arky got a new coach on the cheap.

Replaces 6 assts (including OC and DC who got HC jobs), still goes to the Rose Bowl for the third straight year

7-5 against a shitty Big 10. Finished third in his division after two probation teams. John L Smith might have accomplished that.

Guys, seriously. He hasn't even been the coach for a day. Give him a chance.

It's not like Saban was an undefeated badass at MS before coming to LSU; or even at LSU before going to Bama(post-Miami). And Les Miles was what, like 28-21 at Okie St?

For all we know, he could go undefeated 5 years in a row and dominate Saban so hard that he quits.

Let's just give him the benefit of the doubt and see. Same with Malzahn.

Miles built a program, Cartman took over a program and coasted until it started to fall off a cliff.
