The only forced rivalry in the SEC is Texas A&M and LSU.

Agreed. I wish LSU would stop forcing it

There's that UT education paying off for ya.

You'll never lose a head-to-head tie-breaker with a cross divisional opponent, dumbass. Losing to UF is worse for UT than losing to Bama, just like losing to UGA is worse for UF than losing to LSU.

THAT CANNOT BE! in fact, it is just as important to every other fanbase in the SEC as it is to Alabama and Tennessee. it must be. the whole scheduling rationale is based on it.

You should have seen when Harvey Williams signed with LSU.

You wouldn't be thinking it's so forced.

In my formative years of watching football, I watched Tennessee beat us 7 years in a row and their fat creamsicle frick of a coach turn us in for something that everyone else was doing. Tennessee can gargle on my sweaty balls.

I've had plenty of civil conversation on your board with aggy who were excited about the opportunity of a rivalry

I mean the thanksgiving game push is all you really need to know to see what aggy wants from this relationship

Unfortunately alleva said we like hanging out with you and are good friends. But we really don't wanna, ya know, ruin a good thing. Let's just keep hanging out and see where it goes

The thing is, it's not. But it's not going anywhere, and there's nothing you can do about it.

HURRRR, DURRRRR

Some conference losses are inherently worse than others.

The expansion in '92 took some of the steam out of the Alabama/Tennessee game. The stakes aren't as high as they used to be as it's easier to overcome a loss in that game than it is to overcome a loss within your division.

Come on Vols, this isn't rocket science - it's just what everyone else is seeing.

People and trees have died at the hands of Bama fans over this rivalry. But hey, guess it's not emotional.

No, I'm being literal.

Now of course these people are nothing but trash, but hey, I stand by my original post.

Every person whining about these great rivalries do so because they have no rivalry or are too young to know the history of these teams. I mean someone asked what TSIO stands for. These people just don't know anything.

We see it. We don't care. Everyone else does. We love it.

But where's the hate for AU/UGA?
