I'm mostly interested in what these players do in College. I hope none have success vs Bama and that is what I give rival fans shite over, not what they do or don't do when they leave college.

This. Unless you play for LSU and have a chance to go to the NFL, there's no reason anyone else should care so much what OBJ or LF7 or anyone else does in the NFL. The fact that LSU fans have to resort to discussing how great their former players are doing in the NFL is NOT a good thing for LSU.

Bama has had busts, so has LSU. It's gonna happen when you put a lot of people in the NFL. However, if you'd like to look at the Top 3 of WRs in the league right now, you'll see 2 Bama players. But I don't care except for Julio... cause he plays for ATL.

Amazing how all these clowns on this board claim they know football, but don't understand that any player in history wouldn't have done much better on LSU's team against Bama. If I was a Bama fan I would be pumped about how good my defense is, not claim that fournette is average. I know this is a troll, but come on..

LSU fans never ripped Derrick Henry. Not once. Look it up

And yet what is the biggest stage he's performed well on? The Texas Bowl?

I do think LF is a great physical talent. But the bust potential is larger than LSU fans want to admit*. His vision isn't great. I've seen him press the wrong hole on numerous occasions. Trent Richardson has shown what great talent without good vision/feel can get you. He also loses a lot of 1v1 engagements with DBs that you wouldn't expect someone of his size and strength to lose.

*Before the LSU fans completely overreact, I'm not saying he will be a bust. But your blind if there's some signs there.

Trent probably would have looked worse in college but he ran behind an O-line that was allowed to hold opposing D-lines egregiously (every bama O-line in history).

LF's vision isn't great, but its not as bad as Trent's. He missed a few holes Saturday but he also just didn't have much room to go anywhere.

The only "BUST" that will be associated with Fournette's NFL career will be the one he will get in Canton.

Every lead running back Alabama has faced in the last two years has had a higher YPC than Forunette

It's a team game pal. What does any of that have to do with his ability to be successful in the NFL?

Peerlss Price? Peter Warrick? Torrance Marshall? Ken Dorsey? Craig Krenzel? Justin Vincent? Matt Leinart? Vince Young? Chris Leak? Matt Flynn? Tim Tebow? Mark Ingram? Michael Dyer? AL McCarron?

These are all MVP's on national championship games who never did shite in the NFL but I can scour the rosters of all of those teams they played on and find perennial Pro Bowlers.

It's sad that y'all want players to be busts. I for example am really happy for Dak Prescott now that's he's doing well in the league. I pull for mark Ingram every Sunday. It's like you want fournette to suck. I'll never understand that mindset.

Every draft analyst has scouted him as a once in a generation talent coming into the draft this year.

Depends, does he become a bust due to injury? I think only bama players become busts for that reason

You have no idea what teams' draft analysts think.

Plus, those same teams drafted Trent top ten and Jamarcus first overall. They're not infallible.

That's why I said "at LSU". All those running backs had a better passing game. Bama made LSU pass to beat them and we proved we couldn't. (Again)

He very well could be a bust. However, there are no signs of that

Fournette's fate is the same as every RB's fate in the NFL

who drafts him and how good is their Oline

It's not a narrative. It's the truth

I don't know why you think otherwise
