Yes, and you all have it wrong. Southerners pull for other southern teams because frick the other parts of the country. This rule of thumb doesn't apply to Bama. Southerners hope Gumps are abducted by aliens and violated in unmentionable ways.

Same, unless a team like Florida or Tennessee is good.

Or if Kentucky is good in Basketball.

So Bama isn't southern? We're the ones who put southern football on the map.

That's a stupid reason anyway.

Bama didn't put shite on the map. Auburn put SEC football on the map along with Georgia Tech. Both have more legit national title claims decades earlier than even bamas earliest BS rose bowl claim.

Hell, even Tulane who had to turn down the 1926 rose bowl invite before it finally fell to bama after 6 other better teams also declined.

Well, that is the truth.

Bama was about the 8th choice, below tulane, and not considered a top ten team for that 1926 rose bowl they claim as a national title (lol).

And AU and Georgia Tech had stronger earlier claims to actually being seriously considered as the best team in the country a couple of years.

I'm a fricking purist, I hope every team that is not Auburn loses every fricking game, of every fricking sporting event they partake in. And before someone does the " but it helps your team when everyone does well (sing kumbaya here)...frick that I prefer chaos. But that's just me.

Your school being somewhat close to mine distance wise is not a good enough reason for me to cheer for y'all, especially after dealing with your shite fans in person for years now.

Do you actually read some of the shite you spew? Or do you just post whatever in order to get attention?

I guess I'm helping you. Good God you're such a little bro.

I can't think of a single instance I've pulled for a non SEC team in that scenario since the Ags came in the conference.

I might have chuckled at a few of them (Notre Dame/LSU and the Miss schools in bowls) in losses but was never rooting against them.

If it's like Vandy or Kentucky I do.

If it's Auburn, Tennessee, or LSU I don't.

Everybody else I really don't care to be honest.

Depends on what SEC team it is and who they are playing against.

Not my fault you are ignorant on the subject. I could post the research and analysis with links to prove it, but it's late and not worth it. Done it before anyway.
