Not counting your school, do you generally cheer for other SEC teams against OOC opponents?
Could be regular season or bowl season.
I typically do, except for certain situations late in the year where a rival team winning or losing impacts LSU's NC chances.
As much as I hate the rest of y'all, since we have to play you anyway I'd rather you win against the non-SEC teams.
I think the conference prestige benefits all of us in recruiting more than individual rivals' success hurts any of us (recruiting wise), as evidenced by the final recruiting rankings featuring nearly every SEC team in the top 25.
What sayeth the Rant?

Yeah. It helps our strength of schedule and winning brings more money to the conference and, by extension, the individual schools.

Depends on who they are playing.
For instance, if UF is playing FSU, I will pull for UF (because I dislike FSU). Otherwise, it really comes down to how much I hate the opponent.

It really depends on who they're playing. Another P5 conference team, sure. If they're playing a giant underdog I just naturally root for the underdog.

I imagine the weaker the teams, such as Vanderbilt, the more likely to root for them.
And the better the team, the less likely to root for them.

Sometimes I would prefer to see one team win over another, but most of the time I just want to watch good football.
Bad football is hard to watch and you will always find some bad football at all levels of football any given weekend. Even during a Super Bowl game.

It's like..
You root for any SEC team to beat someone like Florida State or Oklahoma or USC.
If Alabama is playing Kansas, you probably root for Kansas, just because Alabama crushing Kansas by 60 isn't noteworthy.. but a shitty Kansas team pulling the upset is pretty awesome.
If Jacksonville State is playing an SEC team and it's close you almost have to root for them to win the game unless it's like Vanderbilt.
In Bowl games you always root for the SEC team unless you really hate an SEC team for some reason. Alabama fans will never root for Auburn. Georgia will never root for Florida. LSU fans will never root for LSU.

Yes. Always. Unless they are playing a school I have family ties too.

Oh the amount of dick riding I'll be doing when Tennessee plays Oklahoma.

Outside of a couple teams that would have to be playing ISIS (or Louisville) for me to root for them, yes. As said, it helps with the perception of a strong conference and better bowls for our respective teams.

Everyone except for Georgia and Tennessee (and if someone plays Georgia Tech like Mississippi State last season).

Most of the time yes, it depends on the SEC team and who they're playing though

I like for the SEC east teams to beat their respective ACC rivals.
Unless we lose to Clemson. Then, misery loves company.
