Duke is probably just as good as Cooper. He's scary good.

Duke is better than Cooper. Cooper slightly overrated although he is a serviceable receiver.

I can only remember Duke dropping one pass that has hit him in the hands this year. I can think of 5 catches he has made that will make you say "no effing way".

Cooper will be severely limited in action for the rest of the season in a couple of weeks.

Cooper is having the better year. I think many NFL GM's would think Duke has more talent.

Duke is a first year SEC player. Cooper has had three years. Would take either as a GM

Duke has more potential and will be better in the pros. He's a Larry Fitz type. Not a burner, but will catch everything you throw at him and will be a redzone beast.

Cooper is great and will be a good NFL WR too. He's better in college because he's in his 3rd year in the SEC and is in a system that gets him the ball a frickton.

And Jarvis Landry still has better hands than any college WR I've ever seen. He caught everything. Probably had as many one handed catches last year than most WRs in a career. Just ridiculous. Too bad he's got average size and speed.

I think Cooper is better because Cooper is better.

Just cause you type it on a forum don't make it true. How do you know how much "potential" someone has over someone else? I don't get your reasoning behind anything.

To be fair, OM shut him down, and he couldn't get going against Arkansas. No, I'm not saying Arkansas is good, and that lends further to my point.

9 receptions for 91 yards is being shut down?

Agreed...Cooper is the better college receiver. Duke is the better NFL prospect.

Cotes and Duke don't have 71 receptions each but lets revisit this at the end of the season.

It's impossible to compare Duke and Cooper's numbers imo. Cooper was the offense for the first half of the season for Bama and is still their first option on everything. CAP is AU's first option with Nick Marshall running 2nd and then Duke 3rd. We saw in first half of Arkansas game what Duke can do when given as many targets as Cooper. Both are beasts and are gonna play for awhile in the NFL.

As for Sammie, he is probably the best athlete of the 3 but by far the worst receiver. He doesn't have consistent hands and absolutely sucks running balls down (something I think Cooper is really good at). Right now Cooper is the best WR in the SEC but 5 years from now Duke will be the bigger threat in the NFL. No idea what kind of future Sammie has.

If I am ranking top 5 WRs though Kevin White is my #1. That due has it all.

Sure do. We just don't have an offense and QB that gets them the ball as much so it's difficult to prove one way or the other.
