No, we all know we have the athletic talent to beat LSU soundly. We only lack a competent coaching staff.

6 of those 9 losses in TS have been complete blowouts. But yeah, all you need is good coaching and you would have beaten us soundly.

Auburn is our bitch every time they enter Death Valley. The sooner you accept that, the better.

It's called The Curse Of The Cigar. Thanks to that jerk Tuberville Auburn defiled Tiger Stadium and it will haunt them for a long, long time.

It will take more than just a really good team to reverse the curse.

We feel hopeless against any team with decent athletes.

LSU has done almost as bad in Auburn

That's true. One of the LSU victories there was in 2012. The Tigers were 10-2 and one of the best teams in the nation that year while Auburn was monumentally bad in Chizik's last hurrah, losing to Alabama 0-49, losing to Georgia 38-0, losing to A&M 63-21, etc. And yet, LSU only managed a 12-10 win!

Auburn has won in Tight Stadium 4 times, 3 of those times were in the 90s. The other win?

LSU consistently outrecruits Auburn. Wouldn’t say y’all have a talent advantage.

Being that we don't play there again until we have a new HC, no i'm quite optimistic actually.

Hopeless? Sure, but not just about Death Valley. Try watching your entire athletic dept decend into mediocrity for over a decade. We've got a buffoon as an athletic director who continues to either hire equally unqualified coaches or manages to run off anyone who might have a fricking clue what they're doing. He single handedly fricked our world class swimming program in the arse with no lube and ran off the coach. Then there is the facilities part of the equation where this guy can't come up with any improvements of real substance but he sure as frick can unload the vault on giant video screen and a fricking dj on game days. Jesus Christ, we have an assistant basketball coach looking at federal prison time. The women's basketball program has some mysterious issues. Apparenty our former softball coach was allowing his assistant coach son to frick half the goddamn team while leveraging playing time for pussy. Have we fired that fat goofy frick of an athletic director yet? frick no! We have a better chance of him hiring our next shitty football coach than we do of him getting run out of town.

I saw 65 yards of total offense in the second half by Auburn...how much talent does that take?

How long was the curse of the Bambino and the curse of the Billy Goat?
