I think most SEC hate that particular team they play that week. LSU fans don't like the way Tuberville did things while at Ole Miss and Bama. LSU fans don't like Nick at Bama. LSU fans don't like Fla when Spurrier use to put up 50 and Meyer. For the most part all fans probably respect the competition in the SEC because it is high level week in and week out.

I don't like Ole Miss but I will say the game two weeks ago gave me a level of respect for Ole Miss because of the way they competed in that game win or lose.

I didn't like David Pollack and David Greene but I gained a level of respect for them and that team in Tiger Stadium in 2003 win or lose.

I didn't like losing to MSU this year after all those games in a row but I gained much respect for them coming into Tiger Stadium with two LA boys and the level of football they played win or lose but I did not respect Dillon Day!

He had to cover up his end goal somehow. He would have been killed if he went straight to Bama.

I don't hate Alabama. I respect the hell out of their program and their commitment to winning.

I do hate a segment of their fans that are trashy, but that goes for every school, including LSU. Unfortunately (or fortunately for them because it typically coincides with winning) Bama has a lot of them.

I know Miami Dolphins are bad, but I don't think they're a college team

I get that, and that's all in fun, but this radio guy, who I assume represents LSU, went full conspiracy theory rantard. Someone as professional as Eli Gold would never go off the rails like that. Maybe he was just pumping up the fanbase, which is fine, but his approach was sad. Enjoy the Game!

I have never hated someone because they are an Alabama fan, however, most that I have met turned out to be smug a-holes.

Just one account, but LSU fans this year in Auburn talked quite a bit about hating bama. Not sure if it was because they were in AU and Bama is our rival, which made them bring it up. But all I heard was talk about bama, all pre game

Don't hate the team, don't hate the fans, and certainly don't hate the coach.

Envy?

Hell no.

I am much more happy with a coach that loves the University, the fans, the players, and the city. I am pleased having the greatest venue in all of college football.
On top of that, we manage to win a football game here and there.
Nah, man, I'm good.

Just as most are saying, don't hate Bama just bama fans.

The only school I hate is A&M, the reason is obvious. Just look around.

I don't think I know any Bama fans that hate LSU. Seems silly.

Of course it does, I don't hate any colleges or football teams.

The one team on the schedule year in and year out I want to see LSU beat the most is Alabama.

At the same time, the one team on LSU's schedule I don't want the Tigers to lose to is Mississippi.

ie, losing to Alabama isn't so bad, but beating them is great. Beating Mississippi is okay, but losing to them is the worst (now that Tulane is off the schedule).
