This doesn't really help your case

Dude had 1000+ with absolutely no threat of a passing attack. I'd say he lived up to the hype.

Foster lays the wood, but only a matter of time he's a quad if he doesn't protect himself and learns to tackle.

He broke the LSU freshman rushing record and led the SEC in all-purpose yards

It shows that not everyone thinks he's overrated. He rushed for 1000 yds and averaged almost 6 ypc as a freshman. I'd give him one more year before beginning to label his as overrated.

Then what is so disappointing about him that you mentioned him in this thread?

That he plays for LSU? Ah, okay.

I think y'all are misremembering the hype. I'll stop though. I'm not trying to troll y'all.

Well we know it's not jealously, Bama didn't really want him.

But it's been 1 year where he broke an LSU record and was 6th in the SEC with limited touches. To say he's overrated at this point is just silly.

Justin Manning. #5 DT of 2013 class. He's barely touched the field.

Fournette actually had a similar YPC (5.53) to Peterson in his freshman year (5.7). Fournette had more TDs per carry (1 TD for every 18.7 carries) than Peterson (1 TD for every 22.6 carries).

Peterson got so many yards in his freshman season because he got 300+ carries that year (I know, crazy, right? Bob Stoops is a bastard).

Myles Garrett

His hype for 2 SEC sacks is laughable.

All records will continue to be broken as football progresses. Henry had a higher YPC and I believe more TDs. LF is the better RB but if that doesn't show how overrated LF is then I don't know what will. He's the man. But LSU fans think he's a god among men. If it wasn't for the countless threads reminding y'all of who Nick Chubb is, y'all would still think LF is the best RB in the SEC by far.

LF is supposed to be y'all's savior. A 1600 yard year would be what it takes to start equalling the hype on him. I wouldn't mind seeing him do it either. He seems like a great guy.

His HS film was unreal. I don't know if I have ever been more confident in my analysis of a HS QB when I said that he would be an NFL starter one day..... Holy lord I was off. Still to this day I am not 100% convinced he couldn't have been really good in the right system.

I think you might pass out if I showed you Yeldon's freshman stats.
