Paul did write about half the New Testament and I think most observers would say his writings have had a significant impact on history and the faith of millions (NOT saying Bama can say the same, just further clarity on Paul).

The same Joseph that had the weird wife named Asenath who liked to eat honeycomb? The one that started the Jewish nation?

To clarify further, a lot of the Pauline letters attributed to Paul in the NT are not actually written by Paul *but* many are and they still compose a great deal of the NT.

Paul's letters were philosophical and pastoral in nature - he was writing them to churches who needed advice and/or someone to solve a problem they were debating as a community thus he sometimes writes very contradictory things because he's addressing different problems at different churches that are very much living under different cultural rules. He is absolutely one of the most influential writers in Christianity. But to say, he was the best Christian is where I take a bit of an issue -- that's just a really big statement.

He was definitely one of the most influential writers and much Pauline theology inspired many great theologians, movements, and early church fathers of the 1st-4th centuries and his influences endures well past that into the modern era.

Ole Miss - Job - life just sucked.

The life sucking part may be accurate, but Job was a multi-millioniaire before he lost it all. His camels alone would be worth between $3,000,000 and $6,000,000 today. And then he became an even bigger multimillionaire in the end. Somehow I don't see Ole MIss coming out on top of the world in the end.

another misconception is that Moses didnt "see" the promised land. He saw it very well up on the mountain in which he died, God let him look at it, just not enter into it because he smote the rock(Christ) which was already smitten a second time, whereas Jesus Christ died once for all sin of all time, never needing to offer another sacrifice.
