It´s called, apples to apples. Yeldon, while a great back, does not merit oranges being studied along side apples.

So what does this have to do with you saying it wasn't a regular season game? Championship and Bowl games count towards season stats.

My question to you. What about it? Obviously, he didn´t top 1,000. Is this a disgrace? Does it merit an excuse? You tell me.

He has exactly 1000 now. No one gives a frick, and no one ever will for that matter, if he did it in the first twelve games or not.

Usually am, but I don't like it when it appears that someone is trying to discredit the hard work of a talented kid.

good god man. what the frick are you talking about?

it doesn't matter one bit if it is regular season or post season. the stats still count.

hell, we play 12 regular season games now....50 years ago they only played 10. should we cancel out the last 2 games of stats because of this?

no. stop being a butthurt loser

No, that was not my point. My point was, don´t think he´s had an All World season, as you´re comparing him to others who play less games. This is only logical.

As I said, he is a VERY good back, and will be great, but your comments reek of ´wow, what a beast´ etc..., and there are many in the country who are good, but don´t have a conference championship or bowl, to pad their stats in comparison.

All est klar?

I was very impressed with Yeldon tonight. I will be interested to see his production in the future (hopefully not against the good guys though )

to me, he is sub par, this season. Gurley gained more than him, and is, de facto, the SEC´s best frosh. That does not mean he will be the better back, but, as you gumps are so stat driven and blind, Gurley is better. For now.

As was I, and with other games I´ve seen him play in. When recruited, they said he was more a finesse or ´scat´type, and ran too straight up. He looked very, very good tonight. Very good.
