Did South Carolina's recent flooding influence Spurrier's decision?

Does anyone know if the recent flooding of Columbia possibly could have impacted his decision to retire mid-season? Did his home sustain damage from the storm? Was he furious at AD Ray Tanner for being so willing to move the game out of Columbia this weekend?

Been talking with my buddy... Rewatched his post game presser after the LSU game, too.
The way he sounded when he was talking about the issues he had with some of the players miscues, the talent level, and his own mistakes in the game, it is very clear that one of two things is happening:
1). His heart just isn't in it anymore. The old HBC wouldn't stand for the discipline driven miscues during the games, and would have been fiery as all hell in addressing it. Instead, he was almost indifferent post-game.
2). There is an off the field issue that is distracting him, possibly health or family issues.
Hopefully it is the former rather than the latter.
