I enjoyed their sign when LSU hosted SCar for a day game a couple years ago:

"Does beating a cock at 2:30 count as Afternoon Delight?"

Christ! Seven years of college down the drain. Might as well join the f*ck*ng Peace Corps.

In a few years LSU Johnny will have a receding hairline, big beer belly, divorced and 3 kids - but he'll always have that moment of coolness: lighting a Marlboro under a witty sign.

Judging by the picture, he's already working on the beer belly.

These signs are nothing new, BTW. They've been doing it since at least the late fifties-early sixties. When The Long Hot Summer (starring former LSU coed Joanne Woodward) premiered in Baton Rouge, the Dekes hung a sign, "Joanne Woodward slept here."

Not nearly the most distasteful sign they've made

I honestly don't understand what people find offensive about the sign. It's pretty meh IMO.

For homecoming during Archer's horrible final year as coach, we played Tennessee. Reggie Cobb, their best back, had just gotten busted for coke.

We made a giant black paper mache nose (with red inflamed nostrils) and two fat lines of flour all the way out to Dalrymple.

The sign said, "There are two things on the line, Mike Archer's job, and Reggie Cobb's Nose."

It made the front page of the Knoxville paper.

And the parties wouldn't have been nearly as fun if you didn't have to earn the right to have them.

You sure are proud and like to brag about something you were too big of a snatch to go through.

No one liked daddies boys hanging around the parties who felt like they didn't need to go through pledgeship.

The Homecoming decoration for the Tennessee game was one of my favorites.
