A&M is a sleeping giant man. The fought coach and recruiter could do very well there. That's why I really hope they keep Sumlin.

Hasn't that been the case their entire existence? I think they missed their window with Texas down when Johnny Manziel had people excited about A&M. With disappointment after disappointment and the potential for Herman doing big things in Austin, I think their ship may have sailed once again.

Out of all universities how can A&M label anyone racist

UT and the city of Austin has always been at the forefront of multiculturalism
Central Texas was not including anything East of Bastrop was where the Pro Union vote came from during the Texas fight over succession

And gentrification, but that's none of my business.

Of the two flagship universities in Texas, only one of them have I ever had an incident where I was called a racial slur and had it meant as a pejorative.

Spoiler: It wasn't A&M.

Also, what year did you graduate from texas? What did you study?

Even if it is the benchmark

At least UT has accomplished something

All I ever seen from A&M has been Cotton Bowl losses, probation, Getting demolished in the Sugar Bowl, UT obsession and now this recreation of A&M in the image of big brother

Fact remains that A&M is a university behind the Pine Curtain with East Texas values

To ever claim another university is racist is hypocrisy

Your experience is yours alone

Could be true or could be a lie

More importantly it does not prove anything

Your university represents an area of the state that wants to be included in the Deep South
Does this mean I can connect the James Byrd dragging to A&M. After all a lot of Jasper loves them some Aggie football
UT represents Texas as a whole
So yes racism has been here but today in 2016
I doubt it overall
But on a individual level maybe but that is anywhere

Right! The university who fired their first and only black HC, all while its biggest booster showed zero support and called him "...a great position coach" (we all know what that's code for). He was only given 3 lousy years to fix the mess left behind by Butter Teeth. Former HC David McWilliams had a very similar record in his third year as Strong did, yet he was retained for a total of 5 years. The only difference I can see is that one was white and the other black. Outside of the lame "different times" excuse, care to explain that one to us???

Wow, like motherfricking clockwork

So, we're back to being a Texas school, correct?

You're like a flea on a griddle. Always hopping around.

The student bodies are practically mirror images demographically.

Except we don't cheapen miniority admissions with affirmative action.

The incident I'm referring to happened in 2010. Ancient history, I know.

Or fiction, rather, since it "could be a lie"
