I made many a thread about this all last season.

Jesus, how many of these flame threads must be started in order for you LSU fans to feel more secure? We get it, we hired a coach that will make LSU irrelevant. Don't be mad at us.

Wishful thinking. Bielema will try to beat LSU and Bama at their own game (power football).
Good luck with that.

Arkansas is the Texas Tech of the SEC. Haven't ever really won anything, the place is a hell hole, a good coach elevated them recently and now they are back to their usual crappy position.

never had much problem winning the Southwest Classic.

Let me see if I can follow the logic here on the rant:
a) Arkansas, when we left the SWC, lost our Texas recruiting because we no longer had a conference presence there. This was a major part of our decline once we joined the SEC.
b) Somehow--as if by magic-- our recruiting in Texas was better though than we had thought. Good enough that in fact it will now be decimated by the Aggies' entrance into the SEC.
c) Despite point "a" above, having a conference rival in Texas--and major conference exposure now in the entire state-- we will not have any potential to actually IMPROVE our Texas recruiting.
d) Despite the new SEC exposure in-state, we are now going to lose any potential recruits to programs that are, in my opinion, the equivalent of dog-shite stuck in the treads of my work-boots. These programs include TTech, Baylor, and TCU. Of course, as in point "a" above, this rule actually worked in reverse back when we were in the SWC.
My goodness.

Yeah, Fayetteville is such a shite hole compared to Lubbock. Obviously you've never been to Faytteville. Nice informed post...now go back to taking that sausage like you like it.

Did A&M joining the west cement Arkansas' permanent mediocrity?
I made many a thread about this all last season.
Yes you did; you're a bit of a one-trick pony

Surprised none of you Aggie posters have started that thread yet.
TeLaFaWx, did you start that thread and I missed it?

because their head to head with tech isnt impressive either.

Their permanent mediocrity has always been cemented. The harder they try to fight it, the more laughably lower they sink. Its fun to watch. Arky will always be Arky.
Thumbing their noses at LSU and our NC losses and 10/11 win seasons is about all they can do at this time - which is actually a compliment in itself.

Arky being Arky sealed their fate. Zero instate blue chips sealed their fate. Have the dumbest cheer on the face of the earth sealed their fate. The hog call? Really

They just got their first win over us in 20+ years and think they are a powerhouse now, just more evidence that we are their super bowl.
Oh the irony is palpable. So wait..... Arky didn't think they were a powerhouse by finishing 3rd in the west?

Why would that stop them?
If I told you LSU is 35-20-2 against Arkansas all time, would that stop Arky posters from starting any further LSU related threads?

Louisiana.... Arkansas' toilet.

Arkansas is a fine, top-tier football school and will get back to its former success. A&M and Arkansas wil both do well in the future.
