Maybe you should read my post a few more times. The NCAA regional title is awarded to each team entering the final four.

The amount of people on this board that don't understand this is surprising to me. No one celebrates Regular season records in any other sport. It's the SEC Tournament/Championship game and the NCAA/National Title. The regular season is just that. I wish we'd go back to divisions in basketball so I wouldn't have to hear about this shite.

I could actually see them doing it had they won it outright ... I mean, I get that, although SCAR didn't do it when we won the regular season title outright, and most programs do not. But I mean, they're A&M so I get it.
But they did it while sharing the title ... and they made a big deal out of it. There are actually headlines out there right now, "Aggies cut nets down ..."
I dunno - I just thought it was odd.
Now, whoever wins the Tourney Title ... they should cut the nets down.

LSU in full melt over not having won a basketball title since 2009 and going to the NIT with the #1 pick...something that hasn't happened to any school in 18 years.
