I have to take what I said about DGB back, he wasn't even on this list for 2nd Team All SEC... Looks like a HUGE bust right now, for being predicted as the #1 Overall.
Which JUCO is his most likely destination, one of the MS locations? KS has some really good ones too, are one of those more likely? (Butler, Hutchinson ? )

DGB has 1 catch for 6 yards in 2 games against SC...tell me about burning in hell....Now JSW, he was wide open 85 of his 116 yards on 1 play, it is what it is. It will all be reset to the right path this September, in the Brice.

2. That was a redshirt freshman at corner
3. The safety could have fricked up taking the TE instead of the WR on that play

Well no, because as a DE Clowney was actually on the screen and you could see him getting double team and chipped on every play.
He also had highly successful freshman and sophomore seasons. I thought DGB took a redshirt he was so irrelevant his freshman year

I do find your stance odd though. DGB was a bust because he piled up stats against "bad defenses", but Clowney isn't a busy when he piled up his stats against...well, he didn't pile any up.

Its not weird (and the word is illogical) when you consider that Clowney piled up stats his first two years and in his third year had defense scheming around him.
Someone made the claim that DGB got the same treatment, but I'm skeptical because
1. I can't see it on TV and
2. Hes never had the production to warrant that treatment.

You gotta stop trying to compare DGB to Clowney. They were both the #1 players out of HS their respective classes, but Clowney was a 1st Team All American, 1st Team All SEC player his Soph year (and every year on an All SEC/All American list since his FR year) and DGB didn't even make an All SEC team 2 Deep his soph year.
You can't compare the 2 anymore. Clowney was able to go play in college and excel, and now might be drafted #1 overall. DGB's career might be over like so many other guys who can't stop smoking weed and beating women.
