With absolutely nothing against Watson, 2010 Cam is a once in a generation performance.
As a true QB, Watson may have a little more talent, especially throwing the ball, but Cam was the stronger runner.
There was also something intangible about Cam; no matter how badly the team was playing, or how bleak the outlook was, you just knew Cam was going to do something to pull out the win. I think with Clemson, there were times when you were surprised they came back and won.

Same is true for any good quarterback on a championship team.
Cam owned games by himself though. Never seen anything like it except for Vince Young and Manziel.

I wouldn't go that far. Cam had the most experienced and one of the least penalized OLs in CFB that year. Above average RB stable. Great TE. WRs that were very good college players, just not quite NFL prospects. The defense was very underrated as well. Josh Bynes and Fairley are still making NFL starts and even Neiko Thorpe still gets playing time. Mostly they just played well together tho.
That team also had about 30 seniors. Most of them weren't big NFL prospects, but that team just had a lot of chemistry.
Cam played poorly against MSU, Bama, and in the national championship but his team still made plays to pull out the win. He wasn't even the MVP of the championship, which alone should say "not a one man show"
Cam makes most people look like they suck by direct comparison, but that doesn't mean they actually suck.
