It's going to be good (if rain holds off). Cooking this out at the motorhome just past the score board in right field. I call it a deer roll up. I fillet a deer tenderloin. Pound it out with the tenderizer hammer, and soak it in Hoover sauce ( Hoover sauce - Louise, Ms.) and refrigerate. Mix up a a package of cream cheese and mix a bunch of diced up jalapenos. Once the meat has marinated, spread the mix on the meat and roll it up. Wrap in bacon. I once stuck tooth picks in it to hold the bacon in place but now I use kabob skewers. Incredible - and don't tell me to put this on the food board.

Really? It seemed as if yall didnt even have any Defensive ends or D-Tackles when our O-line manhandled yall in the egg bowl this past year.
