Actually there may be a legitimate claim to this. At least up until 2010. That's when the following stats are through. Curiously enough I had a hard time finding stats for 2011 and 2012, but I suspect Alabama may have at LEAST made up some ground. On the other hand, with so many undergraduates leaving LSU early, maybe not. As of 2010, here is a list of SEC schools and how may players they have sent to the NFL.
1. LSU – 39 players
2. Georgia – 38 players
3. Tennessee – 37 players
4. Florida – 32 players
5. Auburn – 28 players
6. Alabama – 26 players
7. Ole Miss – 21 players
8. South Carolina – 17 players
9a. Arkansas – 14 players
9b. Mississippi State – 14 players
11. Kentucky – 11 players
12. Vanderbilt – 9 players

We seem to be churning out a RB a year these days.

Equally true to DaleDenton's question.

Yes, they are. But you would have to ask yourself, if they have all that talent, why can't they beat Alabama? Not harassing or gigging you, but I think it is a legitimate question.

I have no idea, but that list could change a bit before the season starts. Guys could get cut or picked up.

That's not what this says
Posted on 7/25/13 at 11:43 am to CapstoneGrad06
Well. Like I said....this was up to 2010. You guys have sent 1 or 2 more players since then!

Just going off ESPN's NFL player list... we've doubled that in two years?
DB - 9
DL - 5
OL - 6
LB - 3
RB - 2
K/P - 2
TE - 3
WR - 4
Total of 34. Not bad progress, I guess. Only going to go up from there
