Who’s left on that sinking ship? Sankey putting all the league’s eggs in ESPN’s basket may not have been the best move.

Wow, that's a surprise. The only reason I watched College GameDay was to hear Pollack and "Bear" Fallica. Now they are both gone. But ESPN will probably keep Pat McAfee ..

I agree with this. The SEC hitching itself to ESPN was a major mistake by Sankey and SEC representatives.

The B1G was smart to spread its media coverage out to the top 3 networks and to take over the west coast at the same time was a stroke of genius by ours.
