My point is that in order for your back to average ten per carry, the offensive line has to play very well. Which means that your shitty quarterback is just shitty. Like hammered out dog shite bad.
Are you sure? Or could it be different looks and variation of running plays. Go see the Clemson vs Pitt game. They mostly ran the ball and scored at will against a team to beat Bama and should have beaten twice in a row in the finals.

OL is banged up, need to get everyone back (which should be soon). Guice ran for over a 100 on 9 carries though and Darrell Williams was a beast as well. Expect more of the same from LSU until we can get a legit QB....stout D and run game. We will remain a tough team for everyone to beat. Looking forward to it

All that doesn't mean jack when we are talking about defense. We will have a tough D....just admit it, I know your pride is getting the best of you here

Bad QB is still bad.
It was a scrimmage.

Hard to tell, not knowing what the situations were.

Maybe 10 passes were designed jump balls?

Who the hell knows?

Scrimmage stats are strange and hard to make judgments on

You know whats funny?

UF fans got so much shite for basically posting the same arguments in response to the video of the QBs throwing and the UF player saying QBs were throwing TDs everywhere.

It's possible to be a game manager and not suck. Greg McElroy is a perfect example of this.

McElroy sucked the entire 2009 season until he had the game of his life against UF in the SECCG.

I guess Etling had LT Dan legs last year cause he couldn't feel them. Well, I guess he is healthy now and LSU fans thinks that he is going to be Dan Marino this year.

The stats Coach O has given is worst than the stats Miles used to give. O's stats doesn't match up with a lot of people's that's been at the scrimmage. O is using a little miss direction on the media

Said the same thing last year
if not playing for over half the year and still being The number four pick in the draft. What pays better the Heisman Trophy Or the number four pick in the draft? I'll take the number four pick in the draft for 1000 Alex. What makes your comment more funnier is coming from Auburn fan who's team was scared to tackle him

How are you and others so sure about this? No elite experienced linebackers, pedestrian front line (no pre-season all SEC). Plus, lost two best DB. And to boot you are putting in a new system and scheme and I'm not sure you have any idea about how hard it is to pick up the difference between 4-3 and 3-4.

Plus for all the hype about defense last year, LSU got pushed around in the trenches badly by any team that was physical (they did better against E-W team offenses). Auburn for example just ran the ball straight up the middle and were never stopped.. it looked like bowling with LSU D-front as the pins.

I'm not saying LSU D will be bad this year, maybe so, maybe not ... just that no one knows, not a clue, nada, nothing... unless you depend on pure faith bowing at the church of "coach" and automatically shut your eyes and ears to any "sin" of questioning a position weakness in the 2017 LSU team. Oh, wait.... nevermind

He had better numbers (comp % and yards) against FIU, Arkansas, Mississippi State, and Auburn and more yards (but not %) against LSU than he did against UF in the SECCG so yeah, you're completely full of shait.
