Maybe between 4:30 and 6:00 p.m. Otherwise, it doesn't take 20 minutes to exit 55 at County Line to get anywhere in Ridgeland. At least not anytime other than Christmas shopping season. But on regular days, except "rush hour," no way it takes 20 minutes on average to go from the County Line exit to just north of County Line.
Dear Lord, you just proved that had read anything and you are just regurgitating meassage board fodder.

There's another thing. How did you know the hearing is in September? 9/11 to be exact.
The notice from the COI specifically stated that the hearing dates, location, and times were to remain confidential.
Why can the confederates not follow the rules?

This?!? From and Ole Miss fan?!? A part of the absolute cult that has been demanding the rest of the college football world see there is nothing to the NCAA investigation from the start? After they have been wrong on everything?

Jeebus, what a bunch of bumbling idiots. I honestly feel sorry for my rebel friends and family who are inadvertently represented by this circus

Once again, you make a post that shows you simply don't understand how the whole process works.
The hearing isn't like a civil or criminal trial, so there won't be a Matlock moment. In court terms, it is like an appellate hearing. The discussion will be about items on the record (NOA, OM response, and NCAA reply to that response). Witnesses aren't called to testify and the only questioning of people invited to attend will be done by the committee members. At this point, the hay is in the barn.
They also WILL NOT RENDER A DECISION THE DAY OF THE HEARING. Again, like an appellate case, after the hearing the committee will deliberate and release a final decision at a later date. It could be weeks or even months later before the hammer (be it a sledge or rubber mallet) falls.
You might want to review these NCAA links.

Here's the Leo info: The NCAA was just in Brookhaven (actually, Sontag). They tried to see if they could drive 74 miles north to the lawyer's office, get out of the car, and log in to a computer, in Ridgeland in 52 minutes.
Just the off-ramp of Interstate 55 to his office just north of County Line Rd takes an average of 20 minutes.
I've got bad news. If you read the documents I linked in my other post about how the COI operates you'll see that the fact that OM has a COI date shows that the investigation of matters in the current NOA is over. If the NCAA is back in Mississippi, they're looking at something new.

They have to render a decision within 8 weeks of the hearing I believe.

I thought they had a deadline but I tried to find a firm one on their site and couldn't (granted I didn't dig that much). I did find where they were bragging on the fact that they'd cut the time from hearing to final decision down 20% but they didn't say from what to what.
Within eight weeks would be a pretty reasonable amount of time.
