I hope State can retain Mullen but I think he needs to go find another job. I think he has done as much as he can do at State. This seems to be the perfect timing for him to go. He is losing Dak Prescott , lost to Ole Miss for the second year in a row, a lot of good jobs opening up.

Title is disappointingly misleading.

How many of these threads are needed? Is there a single source yet that says he's leaving?

Boy, how rhetoric in the SEC can change in a 24-hour period.

You hope one thing and then think another. Makes perfect sense.

Where would he go? A QB like Dak can make any coach have a good couple of years. Without Dak, State is a 6-6 team.

What better coach could MSU get?

This is not the year to go coach shopping with the number of big jobs that are open.

I think he has the chance to go a lot of places. One thing he can do is develop players. He could actually have a shot at Georgia. I think his game preparation isn't that great but other than that , he's a good coach

Should have spent 2 weeks preparing for Ole Miss instead of Arkansas. I really didn't understand why y'all would empty the tank on us instead of Ole Miss. I guess that means we are State's superbowl. They've done it 2 yrs in a row now.

3 out of the 4 loses, We got behind earlier and State isn't good enough to comeback.
