That helps explain your Agsession. Please switch your flare to LSU so we don't have this misunderstanding again. Thanks.

It doesn't work that way sweetheart. You're delusional if you think that UT told the SEC "okay we'll do the texas bowl without knowing our opponent ONLY IF YOU PROMISE ITS NOT THE AGGIES"

You'll have to ask West Coast AG. All this was discussed weeks ago.

Oh. If was discussed here then I apologize. That settles it. Definitely legit and no link necessary. Might has well have come straight from Texas A&M AD and Mike Slive. You seem very very smart

The discussion about TAMU v. Texas which at the time of the thread in no way concerned the Texas Bowl but simply whether in a general sense the resumption of the series was a good thing. Given the current state of affairs TAMU would stand nothing to gain by playing them.

Guess we won't find out this year! Oh well!

We run this state.

Texas fans can live in a fantasy world in which A&M ducked the Horns because they were scared to play a 6-6 Longhorn team coming off a 48-10 loss at home and one that has beaten just one team with a winning record in 2014 (that teams happens to be West Virginia) but the reality is that there were just as many folks in Burnt Orange as there were in Maroon & White who weren't thrilled about a late-December matchup in Houston.

Hopefully Arky does. And they need to travel well to try and patch this thing up.

The bowl is NOT happy with how the SEC refused to consider putting TAMU in the game.

Word is wrong. Texas accepted the bid like 2 hours before they knew who they were playing.

Yep. It's really sad.

They run R. Bowen Loftin off and immediately turn to quivering vags.

I love how people think Arkansas won't travel well for this game. Not just you but I've seen it on twitter from other fanbases when this game was noted as a possibility this week. It will definitely be a sellout. That much is for sure.
