Who has more yards next week, Harris or Fournette?

That wouldn't really be a good comparison, would it?

It's best to use common opponents, Fournette will never have to go up against LSU's defense in a game, and Harris will never have to go up against Alabama's defense in a game.

Case in point, Fournette had 331 yards against Alabama last year, how many yards did Henry have against Alabama last year?

Now it isn't
The hell do you expect from these people? Not one of them can deny only caring about ypc when comparing LF and DH last season.

What's the highest ranked defense Alabama has played to date? #45 USC? #80 KY?

LSU has played #9, #18, #19 and #56.

Scoring - Texas AM (27th) followed by USC (43rd)
Rushing - Western Kentucky (16th) followed by Kent State (52nd)
Passing - Kent State (33rd) followed by USC and Arkansas (36th)
Total - Kent State (28th) followed by USC (45th)

At this current moment, but it's so close.

DH34: 86 att 700 yds 8.12 per

LF7: 83 att 670 yrds 8.04 per

Damien Harris leads the SEC in yards per carry, but LF7 is #2. These two are clearly the league's best RBs, but I guess we'll see who is actually better in 2 weeks.

Never said that. You are a liar.

My apologies. You didn't say that. I got you mixed up with the other dumbass gump in this thread.

This one one is super special.

I hate to make this comparison but understand I am only speaking in terms of running style and how athletic each guy is compared to the other. Both their careers were vastly different obviously thanks to other determining factors, but to me comparable to each others running style

Leonard Fournette = Marcus Dupree

Bo Scarborough = Bo Jackson

Running style wise

Sure, they will both be playing next Saturday. Are you admitting Bama D is better, our O is better or all of the above?

I think what he is saying is to compare common opponents, but I don't think gumps want their stats vs ole miss, compared to LSU's.

I am admitting that the LSU D Harris will face will be better than any he's faced this year, and that the defense Fournette will be facing will be the best defense he's faced up to this point.

I'm admitting that last year, the Alabama defense was better than the LSU defense, and I'm also admitting that Alabama fans were stupid last year to use the rushing stats in that game to compare Henry to Fournette.

LSU fans are so overly sensitive when it comes to Leonard. Everybody knows he's a pretty good RB, but he's never won anything at LSU. He'll be shut down again against Bama and that will be that. The end of a novel college career.

It's Lynryd. Sheesh. Get the kids name right. I mean look at all the awards he's won and big games and championships. How do you not know his name?!

ETA: If LSU doesn't beat Bama and LSU doesn't go to the SEC Championship game and such, is LF7 the biggest hype job in the history of college football? I vote yes.
He's a good player but we've been saying "he's the best CFB in the last 25 years" for 3 years now and what has he done? Dead serious.

Derrick Henry was one of, if not THE, most dominant RBs I've ever seen in CFB over the last 30 years I've been alive to watch CFB.

Yet not as dominant as Fournette.

With him sitting out the SEC game with Mizzo, his yards, total & per carry, are skewered in comparison to Harris'. But I am one to appreciate all good RB's as they all take a pounding; point being, I just enjoy watching, not comparing. As well, one may have an All Pro OL, the other, not so much. Does that make one better/worse?
