I think the official response was that Dakota's uncle is a "banker" and "let him borrow the money for a picture."

His dad owns ATM machines that only put out 100 dollar bills. He was just driving around with him filling ATM's. Also, it happened two years before he ever signed.

I'd be a little more worried about somthing maybe coming out soon regarding Dyer...

this came up a while ago and was because of somebody facebook stalking the kid. This picture was posted back in like 2006 so yes, there is nothing to worry about.
