Most teams would not have to play their starting QB that long against inferior talent. That is usually an indication of a poor defense.

He played like 8 series, roughly half the game.

Awe man.. Look, I'm sure there is an award for the most thrown INTs in a game or season. I'm sure bubbles wallace will make you proud.

If not.. maybe an award for being responsible for the most turnovers.

And most decent starting QBs would complete more than 50% of their passes against inferior talent. Dak is the exception.

He played in 9 series: 6 TDs, 1 punt, 1 int, 1 turn over on downs. Alternating the whole first and second teams made it look like he played more than he did.

That is kind of strange to do it that way, but I guess it's good to get everybody the experience.

So much hurt and fail all rolled up into one...

I believe he's at 59% this year. Maybe the NCAA and ESPN got that wrong. It happens.

No shite. The 2nd and 3rd stringers went 7 possessions and 7 punts. They didn't fare much better on defense.

He was directly involved in 43 plays (25 passing/18 rushing) which is equal to most dual QBs average per game. He completed 12/25 passes agaisnt on of the poorest pass Defenses in College Football last year. Maybe UAB got a lot better.

QBs never have a poor game that results in a win and an award for his performance.

I'm more impressed by Jay Cutler rushing for 100 yards than anything else

Welp I went with what ESPN had and I was referring to the UAB game where it says he went 12/25 for 48%. So not sure about all that fail bud.

ETA: 59% against Southern Miss and UAB isn't anything to be excited about as those will be two of the worst teams state faces all year.

Bo has thrown for ~7000 yards in 28 games... He's been hurt for the majority of them and had to split time with Barry Brunetti .. Without so much as clicking on MSU's official sports website I'm gonna say you've never had a QB sniff #s like that... He's on pace to throw for 10000 before his time in Oxford comes to an end.. All that with patch work Olines and razor thin back fields... We just now have RB depth.. Still 1 more recruiting class away from Oline being where it needs to be.
