Gotta say I'm pretty surprised people are still projecting us as a #2 seed

that's a really favorable draw for the SEC. Arkansas, Ole Miss, and Mizzou all have the talent to get out of those regionals, especially if Arkansas keep playing like it has been. Florida State chokes in baseball like it's their day job, so I wouldn't be shocked if auburn pulled it out.

No comment on South Carolina

If this comes to fruition (it won't because it never does), Flagship, strike a blow for justice after Ole Miss dropped the ball for the conference. Thanks in advance.

We're just struggling to stay over .500. If we can do that, I think we are a Omaha team. Been saying it all year. Our team is the kind to get streaky and pull of some wins.

If we put together a complete weekend we can beat anyone. That's a huge if though

Our strength of schedule and quality wins are what's keeping us there. You'd think everything would click at some point and we'll start to roll.

If we do indeed make a regional, we will either burn the barn down and advance in impressive fashion, or fall in two games, looking awful. Zero in-between.

That's pretty bold. If the Rebs finish over .500 in conference you are predicting Omaha? Wow. Seems like a low bar to get over and then assume that that means you get over a very high bar.

How are we running out of time? We're doing what we have to. Just stay over .500 and make a regional.

I actually think it's pretty likely Arkansas ends up in TCU's regional. It's bus travel. It's there or Missouri State (if they host) or DBU.

But if Oklahoma State isn't hosting, then they are almost locked into DBU as the 2 since they can't go to TCU and it would be pretty shitty to put them at A&M. So unless they swap Arkansas and Missouri, Fort Worth seems an extremely likely destination.

I like them putting Stony Brook in Baton Rouge

If we stay above .500 it means a pretty good run down the stretch as we have some tough games remaining. Like he said, we're a very streaky team. We aren't of LSU's caliber this year but we can make some noise. Also, I wouldn't be surprised to see us lay down in two games in the regional.

And that is why we will end up on the west coast somewhere.

All of that could be true, but it isn't anything like if we stay above .500 we're going to Omaha. You either also believe that or you don't. Which is it?
